Last week at our planning meeting, the guys were telling me that because of lawsuits, the prison now has to make condoms available to the men. They said that they started seeing bins of them showing up places, that they're emptying pretty quickly. Each guy is allowed to have three on him at a time.
BUT
If caught using one of the three condoms he is allowed to have, he receives a 115 (disciplinary write-up). And if even caught with one of the packets opened, he receives a 115.
