I leave town for just a few months and come back to find this most ridiculous display of tax-payers'-money-spending I've seen in a while.

    Ellen, this is hilarious.

    I think the intention is to actually make people stop to read the signs, but after the novelty wears off, I wonder if it'll get annoying?
